Guidelines for Parents
- Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in maintaining regularity and discipline by ensuring children prepare lessons at home and actively participate in school activities.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to monitor your child’s progress. If absent, provide a written explanation.
- Pay fees and dues on time to avoid inconvenience to the child.
- Birthday celebrations, gifts, and distribution of sweets are not permitted.
- Donations to the poor fund may be made at the school office.
- Students are not permitted to leave school premises during school hours.
- Avoid scheduling medical appointments during school hours.
- Private tuition by school staff is strictly prohibited.
- Items such as books, tiffin, or personal belongings will not be delivered during class hours.
- Parents/Guardians must dress modestly and formally during school visits.
- Visitors are not allowed to enter classrooms or meet teachers/students during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
- Violating lawful instructions or instigating others may lead to student expulsion.
- Avoid criticizing teachers or the school in front of students. Report concerns directly to the Principal. Inappropriate social media activity is discouraged.
- Always mention the child’s name, class, and section in communication. Anonymous messages will not be considered.
- The school is not responsible for accidents occurring on premises or during travel.
- Do not send sick children to school.
- Students with contagious diseases must complete recovery before returning. Recommended quarantine periods:
- Chicken Pox / Small Pox: Until blisters dry and fall off
- Measles: Two weeks after rashes disappear
- Mumps: 1 week after swelling subsides
- Jaundice: 4 weeks
- Whooping Cough: 4 weeks
- Conjunctivitis: Until discharge stops
- Viral Fever: 5 days after fever subsides
- Parents must ensure children understand the consequences of misconduct. Bullying, abusive behavior, and disruption will not be tolerated.
- Warning cards may be issued for indiscipline, irregularity, poor hygiene, incomplete work, misconduct, or cheating.
- Repeated indiscipline may result in suspension. Duration will depend on the severity, and no requests for reduction will be entertained.
